Depending on the tower diameter and process conditions, the form of gas distributors may vary greatly. For the design conditions of this project, it is recommended to use a disc gas distributor, which has the following advantages:
Effectively reducing the entrainment of mist and foam caused by gas-liquid mixed flash evaporation feed in the thermosiphon reboiler
Provide uniform distribution of gas entering the packing layer along the tower cross-section
