The float-type one-way valve is an important accessory in the drainage system of large floating roof oil tanks. It is a dedicated valve for the drainage device of the floating roof of the oil tank. It is widely used in floating roof oil tanks of oil fields, large crude oil depots, and refineries.
The float-type one-way valve is installed on the side wall of the water accumulation pit on the floating roof and is connected to the central drainage pipe. When there is accumulated rainwater in the water accumulation pit, the float valve automatically opens, allowing the water to flow into the central drainage pipe and removing the rainwater on the floating roof. When there is a floating obstacle on the floating roof, to prevent the oil in the tank from flowing back through the central drainage pipe onto the tank top and causing oil spillage, the float will automatically close the float valve under the buoyancy of the oil in the tank, preventing the oil from overflowing onto the tank top.

It is mainly composed of the valve body, float ball, sealing components and sealing flange cover. The valve body is equipped with a connection flange, which is connected to the flange of the drainage pipe.
Material: Valve body is made of carbon steel, the float ball is a hollow 304 stainless steel ball, and the valve seat sealing material is nitrile rubber.
